“Authorizing Professional Service Contract with Phoenix Advisors to Serve as the Municipal Advisor for a Term Beginning January 1, 2026, and Ending December 31, 2026”
WHEREAS, there exists a need for a Professional Services for the 2024 calendar year; and
WHEREAS, the contract is being awarded through the Non-Fair and Open Process for a term not to exceed 1 year; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the 2026 Temporary Budget, adopted ordinances or grants, and will be made available in the 2026 Municipal Budget for the City of Lambertville for such services

Notice is hereby given that sealed submissions will be received by the City Clerk, or designated representative, for the City of Lambertville, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, City Hall, 18 York Street, Lambertville, NJ 08530 and opened publicly and read aloud for the position of Administrative Agent for Matters Related to Affordable Housing and Administration of the Small Cities, CDBD Grant

The 2026 City of Lambertville Tax Book will be open for public inspection on Tuesday, March 11, 2026, from 9 to 11 a.m. at City Hall, 18 York Street, Lambertville, NJ.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Lambertville, County of Hunterdon, State of New Jersey, that taxes shall be collected quarterly on February 1, 2026; May 1, 2026; August 1, 2026 and November 1, 2026 and that interest will be charged at the rate of 8% per annum on the first $1,500.00 of the delinquency and 18% per annum on any amount in excess of $1,500.00 to be calculated from the date the tax was payable until the date of actual payment
