Sale of City Property & Open Projects for Bid

Request for Proposals: Sidewalk Replacement Project. Due 10/13.

Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Clerk of the City of Lambertville in the County of Hunterdon, State of New Jersey, will receive sealed bids at the City Hall, 18 York Street, Lambertville, New Jersey 08530 on Friday, October 13th, 2023 at 10:00 AM prevailing time; and at that time and place publicly opened and read for the following: Sidewalk Replacement Project.

 The City of Lambertville is currently seeking proposals from Cement Masons for the removal and replacement of the following concrete features:
• Lilly Street near N. Main Street (Lambertville Free Public Library @ 6 Lilly Street)
              Concrete Sidewalk (4” thick): 74’ (L) x 6’ (W) = 444 square feet
• N. Union Street Parking Lot @ 14 N. Union Street
              Concrete Sidewalk (4” thick)(South Side of Driveway): 10’(L) x 6’(W) = 60 square feet
              Vertical Concrete Curb (South Side of Driveway): 10 linear feet
              Concrete Driveway Apron (6” thick): 20’ (L) x 9’ (W) = 180 square feet
              Concrete Sidewalk (4” thick)(North Side of Driveway): 19’(L)x6’(W) = 114 square feet
              Depressed Concrete Curb: 29 linear feet (20 LF replaced with Depressed Curb & 9 LF replaced with Vertical Curb)
              Vertical Concrete Curb (North Side of Driveway): 10 linear feet

Sale of City Property: Greenhouse. All reasonable offers considered.

The City is selling the greenhouse structure located at Holcombe Park (260 North Main Street, Lambertville). Interested parties may submit offers at City Hall during regular business hours or via email to the City Clerk at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The buyer will:

  • be responsible for disassembling and removing the Green House (31 ft X 50ft.) within 60 days of the purchase.
  • provide the City with a hold harmless agreement that indemnifies and holds the City harmless for any and all incidents related to the sale and any subsequent disassembly of the Green House.

The City of Lambertville accepts the right to accept or reject any offer, but all reasonable offers will be considered.
