CASE #2026-000003
On Thursday, January 01, 2026, DSGT Bast conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of State Highway 179 and Old York Road. Upon further investigation during the traffic stop and subsequent field sobriety tests, it was suspected that the driver was operating the vehicle while under the influence. The driver, Martin Marderosian (73) of Seaside, CA, was placed under arrest and charged with DUI.

On Saturday, January 03, 2026, Patrol was detailed to Swan Street for a trespassing complaint. Patrol arrived on location and located three (3) juveniles inside of the residence. Their parents were contacted and the juveniles were released to them. SGT Gramlich and PTL Zilliox were the responding officers.

On Wednesday, January 07, 2026, Patrol was detailed to Ely Field for a report of property damage to the vegetable garden. Two juvenile suspects were identified. DSGT Bast is the investigating officer.

On Thursday, January 08, 2026, Patrol was detailed to Under the Moon for a report of harassment. PTL English is the investigating officer.

On Tuesday, January 13, 2026, Patrol was detailed to a complaint of a possible Police Impersonator in the area of Route 29 and Alexauken Creek Road. Based on the information provided, there is no concern or threat to the public. CPL Wurpel is the investigating officer.

On Thursday, January 15, 2026, Patrol was detailed to the Stanley Cleaners for a report of harassment and a possible bias incident. PTL Zilliox is the investigating officer.

On Thursday, January 15, 2026, Patrol was detailed to an assault that occurred in the area of the Sunoco gas station. As a result of the investigation, Crystal Weber (43) of Lambertville, NJ was charged with Simple Assault. DET Albani is the investigating and arresting officer.

On Tuesday, January 20, 2026, DSGT Bast was detailed to Rock Creek Woods Drive for a report of fraudulent activity which stemmed from a spam email.

On Wednesday, January 21, 2026, Patrol responded to a reported building fire at Hibernia Apartments. The fire was quickly extinguished and one (1) victim was treated and transported to the hospital for smoke inhalation. The investigation is being handled by the Lambertville Fire Marshal’s Office and DSGT Bast.
