Heritage Village, formerly High Point at Lambertville, is located on Brunswick Avenue (Route 518) on Cottage Hill. It consists of 86 age-restricted affordable apartments, including 79 one-bedroom units and seven two-bedroom units. Two of the apartments are wheelchair-accessible. In addition, there is a community room with a catering kitchen, a wellness center, outdoor seating areas, and fitness, library, lounge, and computer areas.

Hibernia Apartments (senior housing)
Hibernia Apartments is a four-story brick building on South Main Street that contains 39 age-restricted affordable apartments.

The South Hunterdon Apartments is a 14-unit, age-restricted affordable rental housing complex located on the corner of North Main Street (Route 29) and Perry Street.

The City of Lambertville owns and manages a very low-income, one-bedroom, non-age-restricted apartment underneath the library on Lilly Street.

Supportive Special Needs Units
Little Have Group Home
Mr. and Mrs. Pak have owned and managed a group home for the developmentally disabled, licensed by the State of New Jersey Department of Human Services, since 1984. This group home has 18 bedrooms divided among three buildings, and is licensed for 32 residents. Residents are referred through the New Jersey Department of Human Services.
