CASE #24002910
On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at approximately 11:33am, a vehicle parked on South Main Street was reported and found to have all 4 tires intentionally punctured causing each tire to flatten. Additionally, the vehicle had several intentional scratch marks on the rear of the vehicle. Patrolman Brown is the investigating officer.

On Thursday, May 2, 2024, at approximately 1:22 pm, a vehicle was reported stolen from North Union Street. The vehicle was found in the area the where the victim had parked the vehicle. Det. Albani is the investigating officer.

CASE #24002727
On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, Brian J. Garvey, 56 years old from Decker Road in Bushkill, PA was charged with operating a motor vehicle during a period of license suspension resulting from driving under the influence. Garvey was operating his vehicle on a sidewalk on Bridge Street April 20, 2024 where he was then charged with driving while having a suspended license, driving on a sidewalk and obstructing the passage of other vehicles. Sergeant Memolo is the investigating officer.

On Friday, May 03, 2024, at approximately 12:08pm, patrol responded to a residence on Brunswick Avenue for ongoing harassment. Detective Albani is the investigating officer.

On Monday, May 06, 2024, at approximately 9:20am, a business on North Union Street reported receiving bad checks. DCpl Bast is the investigating officer.

On Tuesday, May 07, 2024, at approximately 10:03am, patrol responded to a residence on Brunswick Avenue for ongoing harassment. Detective Albani is the investigating officer.

CASE #24003250
On Thursday, May 09, 2024, at approximately 3:34pm, patrol responded to a residence on North Main Street for a structure fire. Upon arrival, the third floor bedroom was found on fire with heavy smoke. Lambertville Fire Department was effectively able to extinguish the fire before it spread any further. One individual was transported to the Hunterdon Medical Center for smoke inhalation. There were no other injuries reported. The incident was determined to be accidental. Sgt Gramlich was the responding officer and DCpl Bast is the investigating officer.

On Thursday, May 09, 2024, at approximately 5:16pm, patrol responded to city hall for a report of a fraudulent check. Detective Albani is the investigating officer.

CASE #24003284
On Saturday, May 11, 2024, at approximately 8:20am, a resident on Holcombe Way reported their vehicle was stolen from their driveway. On Sunday, May 12th at 11:28pm, the vehicle was recovered by Buck’s County authorites in Pennsylvania. Patrolman Zilliox is the investigating officer.

On Sunday, May 12, 2024, at approximately 11:32pm, Joel Garcia-DeJesus, 39 years old from North Main Street in Lambertville, NJ was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and careless driving. Garcia-DeJesus was released with a court date of June 06, 2024. Patrolman Bereheiko is the arresting officer.

On Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at approximately 11:47am, a resident of Heritage Village reported having a religious statue and small wooden sign stolen from outside of their apartment. Corporal Wurpel is the investigating officer.

On Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at approximately 5:24pm, a resident from Heritage Village on Brunswick Ave reported a wreath and 2 American flags missing from their apartment door. Detective Albani is the investigating officer.

CASE #24003411
On Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at approximately 9:53pm, patrol responded to the area of North Main Street and Coryell Street for a hit & run motor vehicle crash where the striking vehicle left the scene. It was determined a a vehicle struck a parked car and fled the scene. Around the same time, a disabled vehicle was located on county route 518 in West Amwell Township near Lambertville where the driver was arrested for driving while under the influence. Sgt Gramlich is investigating if the disabled vehicle is connected to the crash.

On Sunday, May 19, 2024, at approximately 9:06pm, patrol responded to the area of Route 29 and Feeder Street for a report of a motor vehicle crash. It was determined a vehicle struck a posted sign at this intersection and became disabled on route 165 near Swan Street. The driver of the vehicle, Vasundhar Krishnamohan, 40 years old from Plymouth Road in North Brunswick, NJ was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report and accident and careless driving. Krishnamohan was later released with a court date of June 20, 2024. Sergeant Gramlich is the investigating officer.

CASE #24003523
On Sunday, May 19, 2024, at approximately 10:27pm, Francisco Roldan, 46 years old from North Main Street in Lambertville, NJ was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing after being found on private property on Church Street where prior notice to not return was previously given. Roldan was released with a court date of June 20, 2024. Sergeant Gramlich is the arresting officer.

CASE #24003537
On Monday, May 20, 2024, at approximately 2:21pm, patrol responded to a residence on North Union Street for a report of unwanted persons inside. The situation was quickly resolved without incident. Detective Albani investigated.
