CASE #24003620

On Tuesday, May 23, 2024, at approximately 9:05am, a business on Bridge Street reported an unwanted person sleeping on the front porch. Sergeant Memolo was the investigating officer.

On Saturday, May 25, 2024, at approximately 11:22pm, patrol responded to Bridge Street for a person that has been sleeping inside a residential/commercial vestibule. The individual had left prior to patrols arrival. Patrolman Zilliox is the investigating officer.

On Sunday, May 26, 2024, at 6:31pm, patrols responded to the wing dam for several people being disorderly and consuming alcoholic beverages. Several individuals were issued local ordinance violations for consumption of alcoholic beverages in a public place and released on scene. Patrolman Brown investigated.

On Monday, May 27, 2024, at approximately 1:55pm, patrol responded to Ely Field for a report of a stolen bicycle. Shortly after arrival, patrol quickly located the bike after canvassing the surrounding area. Detective Albani and Patrolman Brown investigated.

On Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at approximately 9:08am, a business on Bridge Street reported an unwanted person sleeping on the front porch. Sergeant Memolo was the investigating officer.

On Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at approximately 11:36am, patrol responded to a residence on North Union Street for a report of christmas lights taken from the front porch. Sergeant Memolo is the investigating officer.

CASE #24003816

On Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at approximately 12:10pm, a business North Main Street for a report of an intoxicated person drinking an alcoholic beverage inside the business and falling asleep. The subject, Miguel Rodriguez, 41 years old from Lincoln Avenue in Lambertville was located on a street nearby where he was advised not to return to the business, also charged with urinating in public and released on scene. Patrolman Bereheiko was the investigating officer.

On Sunday, June 02, 2024, at approximately 10:55pm, Shaun Begg-Klein, 25 years old, from Lambertville, NJ was found to be sleeping on the porch of a business located on Bridge Street. Begg-Klein was later charged with defiant trespass after being advised several times in the past by the business staff and police not to sleep on the property. Begg-Klein has a court date of June 20, 2024. Sergeant Gramlich is the investigating officer.

On Sunday, June 09, 2024, at approximately 11:06am, a resident on Titus Road reported a suspicious phone call where the caller identified themselves an a Hunterdon County Sheriff’s Officer who requested the resident to pay a fine as a result of missing jury duty. Corporal Wurpel responded and quickly established the incident was a telephone scam.

On Thursday, June 13, 2024, at approximately 2:17am, Marco T. Sanic, 59 years old from South Main Street in Lambertville, NJ was arrested and charged with driving under the influence , failure to maintain lane and careless driving. Sanic was released with a court date of July 18, 2024. Patrolman Zilliox is the arresting officer.

On Thursday, June 13, 2024, at approximately 8:44pm, patrol responded to Heritage Village for a harassment complaint. DCpl Bast responded and quickly de-escalated the situation without incident.

CASE #24004247

On Friday, June 14, 2024, at approximately 2:06am, patrols responded to Church Street for a report of a trespasser on private property. It was determined Francisco Roldan, 46 years old from Lambertville, NJ was found sleeping on residential property where prior notice was given that he was not permitted to be on the property. Subsequently, Roldan was later charged with defiant trespassing and provided a court date of June 20, 2024. Patrolman Zilliox is the investigating officer.

CASE #24004259

On Friday, June 14, 2024, at approximately 1:16pm, patrol responded to a residence on Church Street for an unwanted person. After investigating, the subject was asked to leave and did so without incident. Sgt Gramlich investigated.

On Sunday, June 16, 2024, at approximately 10:07pm, patrol responded to a residence on Church Street for an unwanted person. Francisco Roldan, 46 years old from Lambertville, NJ was charged with defiant trespassing. Roldan was provided a court date of June 20, 2024. Patrolman Lugo is the investigating officer.

CASE #24004317

On Monday, June 17, 2024, at approximately 12:14am, patrol responded to a residence on Lincoln Avenue for an active structure fire. All occupants were evacuated without incident and no injuries were reported. The fire was quickly extinguished. The investigation is continuing. Sergeant Memolo, DCpl Bast and the Lambertville Fire Department investigated.

Please contact the Lambertville Police Department prior to responding to any of these potential scams.
