CASE #24004368

On Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at approximately 9:41am, patrol responded to a business on Bridge Street for a female refusing to leave. Upon arrival, the situation was quickly de-escalated and the woman left without incident. Sergeant Gramlich was the investigating officer.

CASE #24004373

On Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at approximately 3:38pm, patrol responded to a residence on Lincoln Avenue for a brush fire resulting from a down power line. Both Lambertville Fire and patrol arrived and secured the scene until JCP&L arrived and rectified the situation. No injuries were reported and only minor property damage resulted. Patrolman Zilliox investigated.

CASE #24004376

On Wednesday June 19, 2024, at approximately 5:23pm, patrol responded to a business on North Union Street for a report of a structure fire. Upon arrival, it was quickly determined the power connected to the building sparked causing a small fire, which extinguished on its own. Lambertville Fire deemed the structure safe and there were no injuries and minimal property damage. The power to the business was restored later this date. Sergeant Gramlich investigated.

On Wednesday June 19, 2024, at approximately 5:58pm, patrol responded to Lincoln Avenue for a neighbor dispute. Upon arrival, the situation was quickly resolved. Patrolman Zilliox investigated.

CASE #24004413

On Friday June 21, 2024, at approximately 9:21am, Shaun Begg-Klein, 25 years old from Lambertville, NJ was charged with defiant trespassing after being found on business property on Bridge Street after prior notice was given that he was no longer permitted on the property. Begg-Klein was provided with a court date of July 18, 2024.  Patrolman Lugo is the investigating officer.

On Friday, June 21, 2024, at approximately 4:14pm, a resident on Clinton Street reported being a victim of an online scam involving an apartment for rent. Patrolman Lugo is investigating.

CASE #24004507

On Monday June 24, 2024, at approximately 12:56pm, patrols were detailed to a business parking lot on North Union Street for an unwanted person soliciting money. Upon arrival, contact was made with the individual who left the property without incident after being told he was not welcome back. Sergeant Gramlich investigated.

CASE #24004571

On Wednesday June 26, 2024, at approximately 4:24pm, patrols responded to station court for a suspicious strong odor. It was determined the odor was coming from a tank within the property of the sewage authority. Multiple agencies responded including, but not limited to, Hunterdon County OEM, Hunterdon County Health Department, Lambertville Fire Company and NJDEP. The situation was safely resolved without incident. DCpl Bast was the investigating officer.

On Tuesday July 02, 2024, at approximately 4:00pm, a business on North Main Street reported an unwanted person coming onto the property and bothering employees. Contact was made with the subject and they were advised they were no longer welcome back on the property. Patrolman Zilliox investigated.

On Thursday, July 04, 2024, at approximately 12:00am, Jason P Ash, 53 years old from Trenton, NJ was arrested on several outstanding warrants resulting from a motor vehicle stop. Ash was lodged at the Mercer County workhouse in default. Patrolman Zilliox is the arresting officer.

CASE #24004781

On Thursday, July 04, 2024, at approximately 9:32pm, patrol responded to the tow path behind the Lambertville Station for a fight in progress. Upon arrival, the fight had stopped and several individuals reported a fight between 2 individuals where others stepped in to break it up. Medical aid was rendered. Subsequently, all involved parties were charged with peace and good order, a local ordinance, Juventino Lopez Damian, Sergio Pena Sanchez, Manuel Miguel-Fuentes, Sergio Miguel-Fuentes and Emanuel Bootista-Fuentes who are all from Lambertville.  Corporal Wurpel was the investigating officer.

On Saturday July 06, 2024, at approximately 11:25am, a resident reported their E-bicycle taken from the tow path near the wing dam the prior evening. Patrol checked the area and located the bicycle in bushes off of Bridge Street. Patrolman Zilliox is the investigating officer.

On Saturday July 06, 2024, at approximately 3:45pm, Francisco Roldan, 46 years old from Lambertville, NJ was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing. Roldan was released with a court date of July 18, 2024. Detective Albani is the arresting officer.  

CASE #27004836

On Saturday July 06, 2024, at approximately 11:52pm, Adrian Tellez Melchor, 32 years old from Stockton, NJ was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane, careless driving, refusal to submit to breath testing and improper use of multiple beam headlamps. Tellez Melchor was released with a court date of July 18, 2024. DCpl Bast is the arresting officer.

CASE #24004860

On Sunday July 07, 2024, at approximately 9:54pm, Elizabeth A Battaglia, 43 years old from Lambertville, NJ was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and careless driving. Battaglia was released with a court date of August 15, 2024. Sergeat Memolo is the arresting officer.
