CASE #24004906

On Tuesday, July 09, 2024, at approximately 11:09am, Francisco Roldan, 46 years old from Lambertville, NJ was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing. Roldan was released with a court date of August 15, 2024. Sergeant Memolo was the arresting officer.

On Tuesday, July 09, 2024, at approximately 2:43pm, patrol responded to a business on South Main Street for a report of eggs thrown at the building. Sergeant Memolo is the investigating officer.

CASE #24004977

On Friday, July 12, 2024, at approximately 2:55pm, Santos Montoya, 42 years old, from North Union Street in Lambertville, NJ was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Lambertville Municipal Court. Montoya was unable to post bail and was subsequently lodged in jail as a result. Patrolman Brown is the arresting officer.

CASE #24004998

On Saturday, July 13, 2024, at approximately 4:10pm, patrol responded to the wing dam on the Delaware River for individuals grilling and possibly taking a posted sign. Investigation revealed Armando Espinoza-Gomez, 37 years old from Hudson Street in Trenton, NJ was found to have been grilling and having open containers of alcoholic beverages in his possession. Espinoza-Gomez was charged for having open containers of an alcoholic beverage in public as well as interference with a police officer.  Patrolman Brown investigated.

On Monday, July 15, 2024, at approximately 5:33am, patrol responded to a residence on North Main Street for a dispute over property. Upon arrival, it was quickly determined an altercation had occurred between 2 parties and the situation was quickly de-escalated and resolved without further incident. Sergeant Gramlich investigated.

On Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at approximately 9:42am, patrol investigated criminal mischief to merchandise at a business on Lambert Lane.  Sergeant Memolo is investigating.

CASE #24005150

On Friday, July 19, 2024, at approximately 8:07pm, patrols were detailed to the area of the tow path behind the Basil Bandwagon, located off of North Union Street, for a report of 3 individuals drinking alcoholic beverages and defecating. Upon arrival, both Manuel Lopes 34 years old from Church Street in Lambertville and Ladislao Garcia-Garcia 31 years old from Clinton Street in Lambertville, were found in possession of open containers of an alcoholic beverage in public. Both were charged with possession of open containers of an alcoholic beverage. Sergeant Gramlich and Corporal Wurpel investigated.

On Monday, July 29, 2024, at approximately 3:51pm, Zachary P. McCray, 38 years old from Maple Terrace in Hillsborough, NJ was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of West Windsor Municipal Court. McCray was turned over to West Windsor Police. Patrolman Bereheiko is the arresting officer.

On Thursday, July 25, 2024, at approximately 2:30pm, a resident on North Main Street reported items in the back yard of their property were intentionally damaged. Patrolman Brown investigated.

CASE #24005422

On Thursday, August 01, 2024, at approximately 2:00pm, a resident from George Street reported their social media account being compromised and fraudulently used by someone to obtain benefits. Detective Corporal Bast is investigating.

CASE #24005501

On Monday, August 05, 2024, at approximately 2:21 hours, a business owner on North Union Street reported receiving a telephone call from a male advising they worked for PSE&G and that the power would be shut off due to unpaid bills.  A substantial amount of money was requested to not shut the power off. The reporting party later determined that the payment would be received through a Bitcoin machine and became suspicious. The incident was quickly determined to be a scam and there was no loss. Sergeant Gramlich investigated.
