On Saturday, September 07, 2024, at approximately 2:18pm, a business on North Union Street reported someone attempting to use possible fraudulent money. Lieutenant Brown investigated.

On Saturday, September 07, 2024, at approximately 5:32pm, a resident from Rock Creek Woods Drive reported receiving a suspicious email where the sender ultimately requested money in bitcoin. The email was deemed a scam. Lieutenant Brown investigated.

On Monday, September 09, 2024, at approximately 8:35pm, Mauro Tapia-Alavez, 39 years old from Church Street in Lambertville, NJ was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, failure to maintain, reckless driving and being an unlicensed driver. Tapia-Alavez was released with a court date of October 03, 2024. Patrolman Lugo is the arresting officer.

On Sunday, September 15, 2024, at approximately 10:19am, a resident on Delevan Street reported property missing from their residence. Corporal Wurpel investigated.

On Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at approximately 1:08pm, Anececo Lopez, 38 years old from Lambertville, NJ was charged with possession of open alcoholic beverages in a public place, consumption of alcoholic beverages in a public place, littering in a public place and urinating in a public place. Lopez was provided with a court date of October 03, 2024. Sergeant Gramlich is the investigating officer.

On Thursday, September 19, 2024, at approximately 8:42pm, Edward ONeill, 65 years old from Hermitage Drive was charged with Terroristic Threats and Disorderly Conduct resulting from an incident on Sunday, September 08, 2024. ONeill was later served with his complaints with a court date of September 25, 2024. Sergeant Memolo is the investigating officer.

On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at approximately 9:45am, Carl Alexander DeCicco, 33 years old from George Street in Lambertville was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Additionally, Rayshawn D. Robbins, 38 years old from Pennington Avenue in Trenton, NJ was arrested and charged with distribution of a controlled dangerous substance. Both subjects were released with a court date of September 25, 2024.

On Thursday, September 26, 2024, at approximately 3:18pm, patrol responded to a residence on Brunswick Avenue for a dispute. Upon arrival, the situation was quickly rectified. Patrolman Lugo investigated.

On Thursday, October 03, 2024, at approximately 2:54pm, a resident on North Franklin Street reported their online Cryptocurrency account was compromised. Detective Corporal Bast is investigating.
