On Sunday February 27, 2022, at approximately 5:11pm, David J Murphy, 40 years old from South Main Street in Lambertville, NJ was arrested on an outstanding warrant for being a fugitive from justice out of Bucks County, Pa. Sergeant Anthony Memolo, the arresting officer, made contact with Murphy at his residence after a random inquiry of Murphy’s vehicle registration revealed the warrant. Murphy was charged for being a fugitive from justice and released with court date of Monday, February 28 in Bucks County.

CASE #22001695
On Monday February 28, 2022, at approximately 2:15am, Christopher J Hargrave, 34 years old from Mill Creek Road in Levittown, PA was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, maintenance of lamps and careless driving. Hargrave was given a court date of March 02, 2022 and released. Patrolman Kevin Bereheiko is the arresting officer.

CASE #22001701
On Monday February 28, 2022, at approximately 9:43am, Benjamin M Ohare, 33 years old from Springs Drive in Doylestown, PA was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and theft after entering a residence on Jefferson Street without having authorization to do so as well as removing and being in unlawful possession of a bicycle from the property of another nearby residence on Jefferson Street. Ohare was given a court date of April 06, 2022 and released. Sergeant Anthony Memolo is the arresting officer.

CASE #22001732
On Tuesday, March 01, 2022, at approximately 9:16pm, an unidentified group of approximately 4 individuals, described as wearing mostly dark clothing and possibly males, attempted to gain access to a parked vehicle on Buttonwood Street, between North Union Street and Clinton Street. The individuals were believed to be using a lock-out tool in an attempt to gain entry. The suspects fled on foot after a nearby resident yelled in their direction. Entry was not gained and nothing was taken. This appeared to be an isolated incident as there were no other similar reports. Anyone with any information are encouraged to contact the Lambertville Police Department.

CASE #22001784
On Friday, March 04, 2022, at approximately 11:56am, Kristen M Swensen, 43 years old from North Union Street in Lambertville, NJ was arrested and charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and interference with a police officer. Swensen became hostile and assaulted Sergeant Memolo after interfering with members of the Lambertville Rescue Squad while they were attempting to render medical assistance to another individual. Swensen was released with a court date of May 04, 2022. Sergeant Anthony Memolo is the arresting officer.
