On Monday, July 03, 2023, at approximately 11:43 pm, Neal M. Petti, 56 years old from Federal Twist Road in Stockton, NJ was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, careless driving, and failure to use lighted lamps when required. Petti was released with a court date of July 19, 2023. Sergeant Gramlich is the arresting officer.

On Saturday, July 08, 2023, at approximately 12:07 pm, a resident on South Main Street reported her bicycle stolen from inside of her garage. The bicycle was described as an Orbea Vibe, MID H30, blue-in-color electric bicycle. Sergeant Gramlich is investigating.

On Monday, July 10, 2023, at approximately 11:42 pm, David Guliashvili, 47 years old from Avenue U in Brooklyn, NY was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, careless driving, and having an unregistered vehicle. Guliashvili was released with a court date of August 06, 2023. Patrolman Lugo is the arresting officer.

On Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at approximately 3:47 pm, Timothy J Cuthbert, 62 years old from Philadelphia, PA entered a business on South Main Street with another woman pretending to shop. Culbertson went downstairs and stole an employee's wallet while the other woman distracted the employees upstairs. Cuthbert fled the scene and utilized the victim’s credit card and debit cards at various businesses in Pennsylvania. Cuthbert was located, apprehended, and later charged with theft and credit card theft. Sergeant Memolo is the investigating officer.

On Thursday, July 20, 2023, at approximately 9:38 am, a resident reported several tools taken from inside of his truck. The truck was parked in the parking lot behind the Lambertville Station Inn at the time of the incident. Detective Albani is the investigating officer.

ALL residents are reminded to be cognizant of any suspicious persons requesting any monies or personal information by way of, but not limited to, telephone calls, emails, or regular mail correspondence. Please contact the Lambertville Police Department prior to responding to any of these potential scams.
