On Thursday, July 27, 2023, at approximately 7:57am, a business owner on Lambert Lane reported a concrete garden statue of a lion was stolen from outside of the business. Detective Bast is investigating.

CASE #23006042
On Saturday, July 29, 2023, at approximately 12:01pm, Angel R. Concepcion, 20 years old from Mill Creek Road in Levittown, PA was arrested on an outstanding traffic warrant out of Hamilton Township Municipal Court as a result of a motor vehicle stop. Concepcion was released after posting bail with a court date of September 06, 2023 from the motor vehicle charges he received. Patrolman Lugo is the arresting officer.

On Friday, August 04, 2023, at approximately 12:22am, Manuel Rascon, 34 years old from Clinton Street in Lambertville, NJ was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, careless driving and speeding. Rascon was released with a court date of August 16, 2023. Patrolman Bereheiko is the arresting officer.

On Sunday, August 06, 2023, at approximately 2:29am, Matthew L. Dyer, 19 years old from Hillcrest Circle in Solebury, PA was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, operating a motor vehicle under the influence as a minor, failure to keep to the right and careless driving. Dyer was released with a court date of August 16, 2023. Lieutenant Brown is the arresting officer.

CASE #23006265
On Monday, August 07, 2023, at approximately 3:35pm, Jonathon A. Hudzik, 22 years old from Oley Turnpike Road in Reading, PA was arrested and charged as a fugitive from justice out of Pennsylvania. Hudzik was additionally charged with multiple counts of fraud after using fictitious names as well as credit cards of multiple victims. Hudzik was lodged in jail in default. Corporal Wurpel and Detective Albani are investigating.

Please contact the Lambertville Police Department prior to responding to any of these potential scams.
